    1. Having my camera handy has been one of the biggest challenges for me, Anja, since I switched to my new camera. My little point and shoot I could just tuck in my pocket and pull it out whenever there was a moment to capture. Now, I keep my camera in the kitchen, near the front door, so I can run and grab it when I need it, but I definitely miss just having a camera on me all the time. Do you carry your camera around with you or just take it out specifically when you want to make pictures?

    2. I can answer that question! She generally has both her good camera and her point-and-shoot near at hand. But, she keeps the small one on her most times in case a photo opportunity arises when she doesn't have the big one with her.

  2. What do you include in your "Incredible Hulk Smoothie"? I'm quite curious. :)

    1. Hi Olga! I don't have an official "Hulk" recipe - it's kind of whatever's in the fridge/garden :) The kids loved tonight's version: one banana, half a jar of our canned pears with juice, one big handful of spinach (10-15 leaves), 1 Tbsp of chia seeds, about 1/3 of a cup plain yogurt and a slosh of fresh milk. I always do spinach/swiss chard, yogurt/milk, chia seeds and then change up the fruit to what's on hand. The above with strawberries, mango and orange juice instead of milk was a big hit too. Do you and Stephen like smoothies?

    2. We enjoy smoothies quite a lot. We currently have a whole lot of blueberries (about 20lbs worth!) as well as raspberries. I haven't made smoothies with spinach in them before, but I will definitely have to try it. Thanks for the "recipe" :)

  3. It's great seeing you in some of the pictures. You have a beautiful family and you can just feel the love looking at the pictures.

    1. Ahhh, that's so sweet of you to say, Michelle! Put a big smile on my face! I come from a smaller ('normal' size - ha!) family (just me and my younger brother) and it often amazes me to look around at this whole crew and think "Wow! This is our family!!" LOL! But there definitely is a lot of love in this bunch and capturing it on camera makes my heart so happy!
